Deerfield Village Resident Graduates with Honors

Emily Bauer graduated summa cum laude from Elizabethtown College on Saturday, May 22, 2010 with a Bachelor of Science degree in Elementary Education and Behavior Management. Emily was recognized for her accomplishments during Elizabethtown College’s 107th annual commencement ceremony. Congratulations to Emily!!!!

Adopt-A-Trail Kickoff A Huge Success

The kick-off social for the new Deerfield Village Adopt-A-Trail program was a rousing success. Activities began at Lot 1 and all the participants walked the trail(s) and “officially” adopted their section by placing their adoption sign in the holder. The walk ended back at Lot 1 where all enjoyed refreshments, and spent some time visiting with their neighbors.

You’ve Been Busy…

doing-goodDeerfield Village is such a beautiful place to live because all the residents take pride in our community. As the spring weather arrives, it’s apparent a lot of people have been busy - both individually, and in organized work groups. Some of the latest clean-up activities of note are:

A number of Deerfield Village residents participated in the latest community clean-up day on June 5th. Those participating included Clint and Amber, Jason, Paul W, Paul M, Pattie, John C, Tom M, Jimmy, Betinna and Sophia.
